RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, Love Seasonal offers USPS return labels only for return addresses inside the United States. Please click HERE to process your return and request USPS return label.
All Orders from outside the U.S. will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise and are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Love Seasonal reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements.
- Full-price merchandise is eligible for FREE returns and can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date.
- Sale merchandise is not eligible for FREE returns and can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order date at customer’s expense.
- Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for a Love Seasonal Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the item(s) returned.
- Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Sample-sale merchandise is not acceptable for return. All sales are final.
- Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original condition, and all tags must be attached.

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on LoveSeasonal.com may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment. You may also exchange merchandise for a Love Seasonal Gift Card.
At this time we currently don't offer exchanges except for needing a different size of the same dress or if your dress was damaged. You can do this by visiting https://loveseasonal.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges. For all other exchanges, we happily ask that you place a new order for your items so that they don't sell out. Then upon receiving your return we will issue you a full refund.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Love Seasonal will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact info@LoveSeasonal.com
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A LOVE SEASONAL GIFT CARD
Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Love Seasonal Gift Card. We will re-apply the returned amount back onto the original Gift Card.
If you used a credit card in addition to a Love Seasonal Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your card the amount originally charged and place the remaining balance onto the Gift Card used when making your original purchase. In either case, you will receive your refund within two weeks of processing your return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international returns will be done at the customer’s expense. We ask for all international customers to insure the items being returned with your mail provider of choice.
